SKKU's Startup Support Division required professional promotional materials across multiple format types for their talk concert and other campus events. They needed a single partner who could maintain brand consistency across posters, ID cards, acrylic nameplates, and banners — and own the full lifecycle from initial concept through final teardown.
We provided end-to-end design services: concept development, design execution across all five material types, print vendor coordination and quality control, on-site installation, and post-event teardown. Each piece was crafted to reflect the university's institutional credibility while energizing the startup event atmosphere.
University events demand professional presentation that reflects institutional credibility while generating energy and excitement. SKKU's Startup Support Division needed more than just design files — they needed a partner who could own the entire production journey from first sketch to final installation.
"Having one team handle everything from design concept to on-site setup made the event preparation far smoother. The materials looked cohesive and professional throughout."

Well-executed event materials do more than look good — they shape how attendees experience the event from the moment they arrive. By delivering cohesive design across all touchpoints, the SKKU events communicated professionalism and energy simultaneously, reinforcing the university's reputation as a leading startup incubation hub.
When the event launched with all materials in place — posters guiding foot traffic, ID cards creating a sense of belonging, banners establishing the visual stage, and acrylic nameplates lending a polished, professional touch — it became clear how much end-to-end coordination contributes to a seamless event experience.
